Oggi ricorre il trentanovesimo anniversario della dedicazione della chiesa Matrice, la nostra chiesa
parrocchiale. La chiesa Matrice, danneggiata pesantemente dal terremoto del 1908, ma ancora risplendente di bellezza (a tal proposito, il canonico Domenico Bellantoni, archpriest Scilla, described our parish church, "there was not another in the diocese, including the Cathedral itself, which could Starla in the face") was shared by no-choice-razed and rebuilt ex novo.
