On Tuesday 'July 21, 2009
announced the new plan of urban traffic which would pave Via XX Settembre, Via Balbi, perhaps via Barabino and Piazza De Ferrari the "two wheels", meaning that motorcycles and scooters will be free to travel on bus lanes. I wonder if the bikes are included in the plan. I'm really curious .. We'll know soon when the details of the measure will be disclosed.
